Where We Ship

Wild Card currently ships across India (PAN India). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India — no minimum order value required. This rate is applied automatically at checkout when you complete payment online.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at checkout. COD availability and any applicable COD handling fee will be displayed during the checkout process based on your order and delivery location.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary; you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details. You can use these details to monitor your shipment status through the carrier's platform.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at aceofspadewildcard@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at 8860551106. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee address modifications once the shipment is in transit.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, you may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

To raise an exchange request, email us at aceofspadewildcard@gmail.com or contact us at 8860551106 with your order details, photos or videos of the issue, and proof of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging. Return shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.

Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or defective upon arrival due to store error.
